Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

Do I need to be on site during the flight?

No. As long as I have permission to fly and clear access to the property, you do not need to be present. All details are coordinated ahead of time so the flight goes smoothly.

What happens if weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe due to wind, rain, fog, or visibility, the flight will be rescheduled. Weather and safety related delays are never considered cancellations.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. I am FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured for commercial drone operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

How long does it take to receive my photos or video?

Most projects are delivered within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the scope of work and editing required. Rush delivery may be available for select projects.

Can you fly anywhere?

Not always. Some locations have airspace restrictions or local limitations. Airspace is checked before every flight and you will be notified in advance if restrictions apply.

What areas do you serve?

I am based in Centre, Alabama and serve surrounding areas in Alabama and Georgia. Travel fees may apply for longer distance projects.

Do you offer video as well as photos?

Yes. Many services include optional video add ons. Availability and pricing depend on the project type and scope.

What if access to the property is limited?

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property. If access issues prevent the flight, rescheduling may be required.

How do I book a flight?

You can contact me through the website, by phone, or by email. Once details are confirmed, a deposit is required to reserve your flight date.

Do you provide raw footage?

Raw footage may be available upon request for an additional fee. Availability depends on the project and storage requirements.

Is drone flight safe around homes and events?

Yes. Flights are planned carefully with safety as the top priority. All operations follow FAA regulations and standard safety practices.

What happens if airspace approval is delayed?

If authorization is required and delayed, the flight will be rescheduled. Airspace related delays are not considered cancellations.
