📅 Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a session?
Use our contact form or call us directly. After confirming availability, we’ll send a service agreement and invoice. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date. This must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, or the date may be released.
How much notice is needed?
We recommend at least 7 days' notice to ensure proper planning and availability. For bookings made within 3 days of the session date, the deposit must be paid within 12 hours of invoice issuance to hold your spot. For special FAA authorizations (such as flying over people), 60–90 days may be needed for permit processing.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No, as long as we have permission and access, we can complete the shoot without your presence.
