This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. By booking or providing information, you agree to this Policy and the Service Agreement v1.1.
Information We Collect
Contact & Account Data: name, company, email, phone, billing address.
Project & Access Data: site address, access instructions, and the Client’s representation of authority to permit operations (we may request written permission if a venue requires it or if there is reasonable doubt).
Operational/Compliance Data: FAA authorization info (LAANC/waivers), flight logs/metadata, incident records.
Payment Data: handled by processors (e.g., Square/PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
Media & Communications: content we capture and messages needed to fulfill the project.
Uses, Sharing, Retention, Rights
Use: to schedule, conduct, and deliver services; maintain safety and compliance; invoice and process payments; and—unless you opt out before delivery—showcase portfolio work.
Sharing: vendors (payments/storage), project collaborators as needed, and disclosures required by law (e.g., FAA/ATC).
Retention: business records typically 7+ years; media 24 months unless otherwise agreed.
Rights: request access/correction/deletion; opt out of marketing; portfolio opt‑out before delivery.
