📌 Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required. This amount will be applied toward your total balance on the day of the shoot.
Standard bookings: Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Bookings made within 3 days of the session: Payment is due within 12 hours of invoice.
Long-distance bookings (over 50 miles one way): A 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of travel.
If payment is not received within the stated timeframe, your date may be released to other clients.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable. This helps cover prep time and short-notice availability loss.
Travel Note: Additional mileage or lodging fees may apply for jobs outside the local service area.
